About the Day
WEEWoo is our seasonal community retreat: a day for intention, movement, music, good food, and (for those who choose) an evening consent-based firewalk led by certified instructors. Come solo or bring your people—families and first-timers are welcome.
- Grounding circle, safety briefing, and readiness checks
- Gentle empowerment practices (e.g., breathwork, glasswalk or board-break options)
- Fire build and teachings, ember-bed tending, evening walk
- Integration & celebration under the autumn sky

- 12:00 PM – Arrival & Check-in
- 12:30 PM – Opening Circle & Orientation
- 1:30 PM – Workshops / Empowerment Activities
- 4:30 PM – Fire Build & Teachings
- 6:30 PM – Ember Rake-out & Walk (when ready)
- 8:00 PM – Dinner & Close

What to Bring: Water bottle, closed-lid mug, layers, small towel for feet, journal (optional).
Accessibility: We offer alternatives to the firewalk (glasswalk, board break, arrow snap). Walking is always optional.
